Is it possible to manage lists collected from 2 portals (same dnn install) in one admin area? We have another portal with its own newsletter signup form and want to use our existing instance of opt-in to manage subscribers and send out the newsletters.

However, you can manage Opt In List Categories as a host user however unfortunately you cannot manage Opt In List Subscribers from different portals on a single portal.
