Is there a way to not show the date the email was sent, just the subject on the Newsletter Archives module?

Unfortunately this feature does not currently exist within the module at this time. We can review this for future versions... Depending on your exact needs you might be able to use a specific query along with our Dynamic Views and/or Tailored Text/HTML module.
