I have another client that PowerDNN has just upgraded to DNN 5.6.3.

They are using Opt In Email version 4.30.10.

Since the DNN upgrade, they sent an email newsleter to 1878 recipients with a failed distribution count of 1874.

Previous to the upgrade, they were sending to this list weekly with success and only one or two failures.

They have the maximum number of emails to send in a single schedule set to 50 with a time lapse of 10.

Please advise.

Hi Buck,

This is likely because of this:

They might have to remove their from email name, DNN put a fix in place or there is a work around but not with the scheduler it appears (same in DNN 6). I have notified DNN of this in the past and just recently again as its still affecting email going out with from names in it within the host/scheduler.

I'm also having this issue with failed distributions, making the opted-in results useless because it doesn't track anything. I made the changes to the email validation string as recommended, but it does not fix the problem.

Any other suggestions for fixing this? Thanks.
