I am trying to add users in the "edit opt-out list" under the "Manage List(s) / User(s)" option.  When I add the email address at the bottom and click the green "+" icon, all it does is refresh the page.  Here's the link  for the green "+" sign:  "/SignUp/tabid/54/ctl/Lists/mid/384/Default.aspx"

The only way I can add an individual email address is to go to the "Sign-Up" page. I should be able to add a user under the edit opt-out list" settings page.
