how can a subscriber delete his subscription by himself? Is there anywhere a textfield where he can write his e-mail-address and click on a delete-button?

Hi. The user can enter their email address and click the 'Go' or Manage link. From there the user will receive an email that you can specify within the module settings to manage their subscription. Once they are managing their subscription they can unsubscribe from any category they wish to.
