I tried to send out the mail with Alternate Encoding: "ISO-2022-JP". But the subject and body message were always encoded by UTF-8. How does it work? Also when the subscriber was set to receive Text mail and was sent text message, the mail was formated by HTML only. Is this bug? Please help!
