    Hi Rob,

Thank you for posting the details and specifics... Can you tell me if this was an upgrade of the module or a fresh installation? When you are adding a subscriber are you clicking enter or the plus icon for adding them? Are you able to add/update other areas of the module ok (such as adding an opt in email list or other settings?). We do not have any other specific reports of this yet so the first thing I want to do is really narrow down the specific steps to replicate / duplicate the problem on your server and if this is only when adding and deleting subscribers or actually more generic for other post backs to the ASP.NET application/DNN etc..

    Thanks,

    Chad

This is an upgrade install.  I have been using Opt-In for several years.

Importing users by Role seems to work fine.

Adding/deleting a single user manually causes the error

Adding/deleting a user from a list causes the error

Adding/deleting a list causes the same error.

I know the error message is vague so if you need to access the server just let me know.

    Thanks,
    Rob

    Hi Rob,

Ok, so this is a little more of a global issue then I think then just the specific area of code. Can you tell me if you go to Host, Configuration Manager and search the web.config for "EnableEventValidation" if this setting is set to True or False and if you change this to False, does the code start to work?

    Thanks!

I tried the change to false and there was no difference.

    Thanks,
    Rob

Problem Found! It is IE10. If the page is run in compatibility mode, or Firefox - everything is fine.

    Hope this helps,

Thank you for the update, IE10 is still fairly new(nearly a month since release). There are still many tests that we need to conduct between our products and IE10.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

    Thanks,

    Ryan
