When navigating to control panel > module settings > layout and trying to select manage system emails, I get the processing animation and it just sticks there.  I can see the screen update in the background, but the processing screen doesn't go away.  This is only happening in IE 9 and 10.  I've tried debugging mode in IE to see if there is a javascript error, but I don't seem to get any errors. 

I have also tried to disable ajax in the control panel, but there is no change.  I am unable to try a default skin, but not sure how I can for that specific page.  I can change the control panel page skin, but the module settings page keeps the default skin.

I have done some searches, but most things I have found are about Dynamic Forms and none of the suggestions have seemed to be applicable to my situation.

I am on DNN 6.2.7 and Opt In module 4.4.2
