Hi. I checked the database and yes I see that the question options is limited to 50. The stored procedures are set to 300 though so if you change the column name directly you should have no problems. We are adding this to be done automatically for the next release but if any users are running this now they can change the column to 300 characters by navigating to Host, SQL and executing this query:

Alter Table DynamicForms_QuestionOption
Alter Column QuestionOption nvarchar(300) Not Null
