Hi. Not currently but the very next release which will be release around the end of April will include many features with a new question wizard where you can check which fields you would like to add to the form from a list of pre-defined common forms. For example, you can select 'Marital Status' and it will automatically create the field on the form along with the field options of single, married, etc...

You can export/import forms so you could always create 'templates' yourself and export the form/import it as a template into another form etc... Maybe this is what you are talking about?
