I'm a total newbie with this program, so please excuse this question.  I'm currently in the process of entering fields and for some unknown reason everything has shifted to the right.  What caused this and how do I correct it?

How do I set up the form to display two columns? Currently all the fields are in one descending column.

Hi David,

When you edit a question, you can go to Question Look and Feel and  add the field to same row as previous question.

You can apply this setting to multiple fields at once by going to the Question Wizard.
