I probably have made a stupid mistake but I can't figure this out. I've defined a very simple form with a single textbox and added an SQL form completion event. The SQL statement is EXECUTE an insert 'test' which runs fine on query analyzer and inserts 'test' in the appropriate table. However, it doesn't seem to execute when the dynamic form is submitted. There aren't any errors in log viewer. DNN version is 4.3.5.
