    Hello, my problem is somewhat related to this except that the email mentioned has to do with gmail.  In my case however I'm using my company email which is valid but it's not working.  I'm using the email in my account with you guys.  Thanks.

    Hi, can you go to Host / Newsletter and send an email to your gmail email and see if it works? That way, we can determine if your SMTP is properly configured and can send email to gmail. Thanks. -- David

    I'm so sorry for not being clear, David.  The related subject that I found in the forum which I provided a link to, deals with gmail.

    What I have in my SMTP Server Settings are the following:

    localhost

    SMTP Authentication:  Anonymous

    Enable SSL:  Unchecked

    And, I'm using my company email( which I can't provide here but it should be in my account with you guys) in the Host Email.

    Okay, but if you go to Host / Newsletter and email to yourself, does it work under DNN? We want to make sure you can do this function first because this would verify your SMPT is working. -- David

    I input my email in the Additional Emails (Admin/Newsletters) but I didn't receive any.  I checked Event Viewer and see the same General Exception error "Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: 5.7.1 Unable to relay for ......"

    Well, this means you need to check with your mail hosting company,website administrator, etc. since this is an issue that they must take care of. -- David
