Hello!

I've a problem with the email message. The message is truncated! The message length in the database field (table dnn_DynamicForms_Events) is around 3850 characters.

I've seen in another post that this problem could append if the max length of this field in the database was too small. In my case this value is set to 4000. I think I would have to change this value but I can't.
When I want to change the value I have only the choice between 4000 or MAX! Who can I put another value?

I've also check in the stored procedure (DynamicForms_AddDynamicEvent and DynamicForms_UpdateDynamicEvent) and the values are too set to 4000. How can I change this values?

Hi guys... For those who need this functionality you need to modify the emailmessage column to be text instead of nvarchar with 4000 characters and then you need to modify the add and update stored procedures.

I have created a quick SQL script to do this for you.

The disclaimer is: This is for Dynamic Forms 2.5 release only and this is assuming your site does not need object qualifiers.

To make this modification you can download the attachment and open the txt file in notepad. Copy and paste the SQL Query under Host, SQL and click to execute the SQL script.

We will also review this in the future to determine if this should be changed for all installations automatically.
