I recently upgraded to Dynamic Forms 3.1 with the hope of using the option of plain text email completion events.   However, When I set it as TEXT, I find it populated with HTML tags anyway when I send the email.  When I look at the event again in the module, I also see the tags.  How do I get a real plain text message?
