I want the radio options to be horizontal but selecting "Options are horizontal" does not display them like this.

I am also selecting that the Label not be displayed, but when I display the label as well, it still puts the options one on top of the other.

I'm still battling to remove the default
after the Label any idea how I can get rid of it?

Hi Nolan,

Aside from selecting Options are horizontal, please also set 'Row Numbers' to 2 or more.  You should find this right under the box where you see your list of options.  Thanks!

I also have to localize these options but only see an option to localize the Label, do you know how to localize the option as well?

Do you know how I can get rid of the line break that gets added after the Label?

For the label, please go to Module Configuration and try different positions for the label and see which one you like best.
