We are having some issues with trying to set up an http post event. Everything seemed to work fine before we converted to DNN 5 using a web farm.

We have tried to send admin results, and don't get anything.

Hi very strange why it would brake by simply upgrading DNN version web farm. Can you try creating a new page / DF form with the same HTTP post and see if it behaves the same way?

Are you using DNN 5.1.4? Also, how is your web farm / network set up? Can you verify SMTP works fine under Admin / Newsletter? -- David

It turns out this particular problem was the same problem I had ran into about a year ago but hadn't forgotten about so when we got our new web server setup it happened again.  The problem comes down to DNS (I believe).  We had to add a hosts record on the web server for our domain name to point back to itself.  Otherwise it was trying to route out to our external address, but was already on the internal network.  Some where along the way that wasn't working.  I don't fully understand why, but now that adding the hosts records fixed that issue.
