    Hello,

Is there a work around for the PayPal IPN to return a success ping and fire an email event for a form that is on a non-public (restricted) access page.

I have a form that is for members only and gives them a lower price than the public one. I  need to send them and email after their payment is complete . However this is not working because the DF is on a members only page.

I have everything working properly for my public form, but it wont fire the email if the form is on a private page.

Does anyone know of a work around for this?

    Thanks for your help

Hi there.  What we typically do is place the DF page under a restricted parent page.  For example, a members-only page is the only way you can get to the DF page which has to be visible to all users.  Try it and see how that works for you.  Thanks!

Thanks for the advice. It worked.

Actually what I did specifically was create a members only page with a meta tag on it that redirected to the (now) public Data Forms page. This made the experience for the user seamless, and they don't need to click an extra link.  If they are not logged in it asks them to, and then forwards them right to my DF form.

The confimation emails are  all sent properly now after payment is complete.
