I am wanting to require input on a drop down box and radio buttons. However, it seems to force a default field based on my list. Since it does that, a value is present so it passes the requirement.

Is it possible to not have a default? Example, a simple Gender Radio button = Male or Female, It seems to force one of those as chosen when the form first opens and thus does not require input from the user.

Any solutions?
