I have a need for a forms module and on the fence over a couple of products. I like the ease of use of Dynamic forms best, and on the 'submit data' side, it seems to be the most configurable to do exactly what I am trying to do.

I read through the entire manual and was quite impresses with how intuitive everything is; one thing missing, however, is any information on displaying the data.

Here's what I am trying to do:

Create a simple form with a half dozen fields-a yes/no radio, a drop-down for state, a text field for zip code, a 1-5 rating radio cluster, and a dollar figure field. Once users populate the fields, I would like the data stored in the SQL DB; then, one another page, I would like to give users the ability to query these data, populate a table/grid view based on their search parameters and perhaps filters.

This seems easily doable with Dynamic Forms, except I see nothing on the display side in the manual.

Any insight as to whether or not I can do what I need to do with the module and how one goes about displaying the data based on form-based search parameters? And are the data stored in the SQL DB, rather than XML docs?

Also, have you considered a smaller bundle of your products?  Just starting out, the $300+ 19 module is a bit overkill, but the opt-in email, dynamic registration, survey module, and forms would be a great bundle for me...just hard to swallow the $80 for a opt-in email, despite how powerful and beautiful your product is.

I was waiting for XMod 5 and looking at Enterprise and Form Master, but I keep coming back to Dynamic for its intuitive and 'newbie friendly' design...good stuff, guys!

Thanks, Chad.  I must confess: I hot submit twice, as I didn't read that the forums are moderated after the first submit...waited a few minutes...still didn't see the post, so thought perhaps I lagged out before it made it to the boards.

This one can be deleted...sorry about that.

I'm looking at some reporting modules and trying to make a decision this weekend after calculating total outlays...and looking at the opt-in email module, too, but that one might have to wait until your 50% off Labor Day Newbie special for those with fewer than 20 members to whom we would send a newsletter.

Thanks again for the prompt reply.
