Hi all

New to DNN and DynamicForms here so please bear with me...

I am trying to set up a page in DNN and I'm using DynamicForms which my company has used before. I have copied everything they've done in a previous page to ensure I didn't miss any of the settings - however when I click on the 'Submit' button, nothing happens. It's supposed to send an email to us with all the customer details, as well as redirect the user to a confirmation page. Neither of these happen, even though I have set up both actions in the setup completion events.

This is driving me insane - anyone have any hints as to what I might have missed? Thank you very much.

HI, some questions.
1) your dynamic email completion event, is it set to "Trigger for any field response" or based on a question's answer?
2) same with your direction event (is it set up under module configuration / general settings or is it a redirection completion event)?
3) do you have any required fields or regex validation on any of the fields (if so, please turn on validation summary and allow for client side and server side validation under module configuration / validation)
Get back with us on these issues to narrow down where the problem lies. -- David
