I have a client that once a month will have a link to a PDF document(s) that they would like to have the user fill out a form before they download it… the form would then email an individual at the organization to tell them some basic info about the user (name, phone, company) and then give them a link to download the file…
I don’t want to setup the form every time the file changes so… can I have check boxes when checked will supply the user with links in an email for them to download the requested PDFs and then also tell the client which items were requested and by whom? It would be easier to edit a check box field as opposed to creating a new form for every new document that will go up on the site (about once a month).
The other way to do this would be to have a list of links that when clicked would direct you tot he form to fill out. Then somehow a hidden value could be passed. Which in turn would email the link to that particular file.
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
