NOT getting Emails from Dynamic Forms

    Hi,

    I too just noticed this. We are NOT getting Emails from the Dynamic Forms .
    I switched on the DEBUG Mode. Everything seems to be alright.

    BUT I am not receiving any emails. I am sending it to the user's email, my email (admin), and one other email. The SAME form works perfectly fine on another DNN 5.4.4 instance. I guess the DF version there may be slightly ilder (v3.3 only)

    ***DYNAMIC FORMS DEBUG MODE ON***
    Dynamic Forms Version: 3.30.61.0

    DotNetNuke Version: 5.4.4


    I even see the Email Event results in teh Debug Mode:

    It clearly states the FULL EMAIL composition with FROM, TO, CC, BCC, Subject, Body, etc. It says
    Processing Email Event: emailtoUser -8:46:21 AM
    Attempted Email Distribution


    PLEASE HELP ME ADDRESS THIS PROBLEM!!!

    Some Additional Information that may help you help me

    I AM able to receive EMAILS when a new user registers on the portal. So, the basic Email mechanism / SMTP setup IS working.

    The problem is only with Emails from the DF v3.3.61

    Hi VJ,

    So no email ever goes out from this Dynamic Forms, right?  Let me ask you a few more questions:

    1.  What exactly do you have in your Email From, From Name and Email To?  What do you have in the cc or bcc?

    2.  Do you have a payment gateway enabled?  If yes, which one?

    3.  If you set up a simple Dynamic Forms on a separate page, are you able to get the email event to fire?

    IN addition to the questions above, VJ, did it work previously and now stopped altogether?  If this is the case, can you point to any changes made to the form/site when the problem started?  Was it a DNN upgrade?

    If this is NOT the case, can you please tell me if this is a fresh install of Dynamic Forms?  Thanks!
