Any idea why DF 3.4 would jump to HomePage once I click the Submit Button.

Have you setup a redirection event of some sort, whether with a URL redirection form completion event or from Module Configuration -> General settings redirection?

If you have both there will be a conflict. What DNN version are you running?

I set it up on BetaSprings, here is the url:

Your redirection event wasn't pointing to the same page but rather Home.
