When using Dynamic Forms (v3.40.20) to clone a Grid View / Survey, it doesn't handle 'Represents Grid Column' properly. So a table with 5 columns gets cloned into a table with only 1 column. It isn't obvious, but the work-around appears to be:

1. Select a Question Option item that is supposed to be a heading.
2. Check the 'Represents Grid Column' box.
3. Click the Save (Disk) icon to save the setting for this item.
4. Repeat steps 1-3 for all other column headings.

If there is an easier work-around (or a fix), I'd love to know. Thanks!
