I would like to initially hide a date field and show it when the user choses a special value inside of a list box.

How can I hide the date field?

Hi Joerg,

Please edit the date field and go to Advanced Field Options where you will mark the setting that says "hide until forced visible by question event.'   Update this and then go to Question Events (last icon in the Control Panel) and then create an event to display fields based on a previous user response.
