Is there a tutorial or example when a failed validation occurs, you can customize the form where it highlights the textbox/combo box of the error?

I know you can add an asterisk for a error, but I would like to make the error more noticeable.

    Thoughts?

    Hi Chuck,
Yes, you do have some options beyond just the * to the user. In short if you click on the pencil ( while in edit) mode next to the field you will go into the editor for that field. You will then select manage questions and this will take you to a screen which will allow you to click: + with the "Question Validation" heading. This will then give you a text box with the heading: [L]Required Field Error (i.e. *): . You can then enter some custom text into the text box that will be the message to the user. This message will then replace the *.  In the image below you can see that we are in the Question Validation section.  What is now entered is "Please enter a value for New Field".  Any short message like that can be entered into this text box to replace the *.  You will need to update field values to keep the settings.

    Hi Don,
Thank you for your response and suggestion.  That would definitely work, but I was hoping for a CSS solution where the boxes would be highlighted with a red border or something to that nature.  Have you done anything similar?

    Thanks.
