    Emails are not being sent to the registrant or the registrar.
    The FROM email address in the event(s) is the same as the SMTP user on the site. The SMTP provider defined in the site is smtp.gmail.com.

    The feedback form (DNN core) and the DNN core user registration works as far as sending email notifications.

    Can you confirm what other options could be double-checked?

    I have also test with 127.0.0.1 (anonymous) with no luck.

    HI Dan,

    There are known email issues that popped up in DNN 5.6.1 and then again in DNN 6.0. My suggestion is to upgrade to DNN 6.1.1 however, if you're unable to do that now, please follow Chad's comments on 1/26 on this forum thread:

    Be sure there are no spaces after the last character of the email regex. If it still does not work, please try deleting the From Email NAME in your completion event.

    I updated the validation string as proposed in the above thread to no avail.

    At this time, I can't update to 6.1.1 because it disables the admin control panel due to some conflict with the skin that was never previously an issue.

    Nevertheless, this has not been resolved.

    Hi Dan,

    ONe of the most common causes for this workaround's failure is an extra space right after the last character in the validation string. Can you please check that and try again?

    Also, what happens when you delete the Email From NAME?

    There was no space at the end of the string and I removed the FROM Email Name where it was used on the Email Registrar and Thank You Email events.

    No emails were received in testing.
