We have two Dynamic Forms order forms on a site. Recently, confirmation emails have not been sent to users submitting the order, yet the client continues to receive the order. I have confirmed that the variable in the Email To field for the user email is: $(UserEmail) 

I am trying to investigate the issue by updating an existing completing event (add my email address to a developer copy completion event) to send emails to my developer mail account.

The problem is that when I try update any completion event or add a new one to either of these order forms, the folllowing error is displayed:

"A critical error has occurred. Parameter count does not match Parameter Value count."

I would appreciate any thoughts on were to start to investigate.
