I'm trying to figure out the best way to capture a user's height information. I've considered using two drop downs - one with feet and the other with inches. I would like to store the information as inches. So 6 feet and 1 inch is 73 inches. Most user's don't know their height in inches so that isn't the most intuitive way to do it. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Hi Steve,
Maybe you can add another field called Inches and set up client side events to calculate for the Inches field based on the the 2 dropdown responses. Once you got it working, then you can switch the Inches textbox to a hidden field. This will be similar to how we calculate for Totals and Sub-totals in Demo 20 in www.datasprings.com/formdemos Hope that helps!
