For this to happen you would need to create a PDF completion event, and then create an email event and utilize the featuers in the email event to attach the PDF to the email or include a hyperlink to the PDF within the email. These should be $(Tokens) such as $(PDF: XXXXXX) depending on the event name and so forth. If you looking your list of available tokens (after creating the PDF event when you go to create an email event you should see additional tokens).

Make sure the PDF event has a sort order that is a lower number then the email event (otherwise you are trying to attach a PDF that doesn't exist yet )
