Hello Everyone,

I have recently come across something that is VERY strange behavior and cannot seem to find the resolution.

I have an existing form that use to work just fine - for one reason or another, the form seems to not log anything into the database anymore and the email does not get sent.  This is very problematic because no one knows when or if someone filled on the form and submitted it...

Please help!

Alright, I solved half of my problem (writing to the database is happening just fine)...my SQL was pulling fromt he wrong table.

I beleive I should be able to find the reason why the email is not being sent...but if some might know what to check, feel free to chime in.
