I did notice an old post asking something similar but with no reply.  We have recently bought the dynamic forms module to replace the one we usually use.  It installed into the dnn site without error but when I try put one on a page I get this:

I'm going to try reinstalling etc and poke around a bit more to see if there's anything obvious but if this has been seen before someone might have an answer?

What version of Dynamic Forms and DNN are you running on?

Also, has Dynamic Forms ever worked on your site? Meaning did you just recently upgrade Dynamic Forms or upgrade your DNN version?

I believe this happens if you are running on an earlier version of DotNetNuke then Dynamic Forms requires.

turned out the dnn was just too old.. .it's been upgrades and runs fine now... my next task is to work out how to use it!
