The submit button shows on each tab, but we only want it to show on the last tab. How would you accomplish this?

What you will need to do is copy the exact JavaScript in the OnClick event used on the Dynamic Forms submit button. Make sure you save this JavaScript/jQuery.

Go to module configuration -> Link Buttons and initially hide the submit button. Now you will need to add a new question of type Text/HTML. Provide HTML in this question to render an HTML button, Image Link, or link, whatever you choose. Paste the JavaScript from the OnClick event into the OnClick event for your new button, image link, or link.

Make sure you give this question a proper sort order so you can now include this field in the last tab sort order ranges.
