Ever since I added validation to the form it will not submit.  I keep seeing syntax errors like the below line.  Each time it is the first questionId that requires validation.

I removed each questions required option one by one.  And tried to submit after each change.  It wouldn't submit until all required fields were unchecked.  So validation doesn't work.  Tried server and client side in IE, Firefox and Chrome.

You might try finding problem using Firebug first. Here are a couple of helpful links:

I also suggest you check in Admin, Event Viewer and see if you can find any related errors logged there.

Thanks for the response but I have already tried the things you suggested. The error was copied from the Firebug console and the Event log has no errors. I purchased this module for one specific purpose. It is the only 3rd party moduel installed on a fresh DNN installation. Yet is won't validate any fields. Is there anything else I can try.

What kind of validation have you tied to your fields?
* Required
* Regex
* Compare

If you're using the Required validation, did you provide a value for the Error Message and Error Text? If you want to leave on of those message sections blank it's always best practice to leave an HTML encoded space " "
