I am having two issues related to exporting results in DNN 6.1 using Dynamic Forms 4.0.12:

Hi Jason - A couple of things here...

1. I believe there is a setting to "Not save results to database" but I believe there was also a setting to " Do not display field results within the view results module" within the module as well. Can you confirm that this setting is checked/not checked. It's possible that this setting was part of the 4.1 release maybe... Either way, if this setting is checked I don't believe you should be seeing that field within the export.

2. Can you please check the "View Results Security Options". There are options in that area such as ""View Results security role", and "Allow non admins to purge results", "Allow non admins to export results" etc...

Re #1, I can confirm the "Do not display field results within the view results module" setting is checked, but wonder if my expectation is correct. I thought this would mean the COLUMN is not in the export, not just the results. Is that correct? If not, it's probably working as designed

Re #2, I selected a Role in View Results Security Role and checked "Allow non admins the ability to export form results". That's it - no other setting are checked/enabled in the View Results Options area.

On #2: This is something I would need to see if you can replicate within our sandbox environment and if you can we can add this to get fixed in future patches and hot fixes as well as the upcoming release of Dynamic Forms which is in development.

Also - For both of these issues you might also consider going the Dynamic Views route which has more options and I do know you can control each individual field that is exported as well as more features because related to what roles would have access to that module.
