Is there any way to change the default "Page Size" in the View Form Results area to something other than 10, such as pre-selecting (and applying) the "50" option when a user hits that page?

View Form Results is a very limiting section. You can filter by using a search field, manage the template layout, edit a submission record and that's about it.

If you need additional customization to this type of interface, I would recommend using Dynamic Views. You can integrate Dynamic Forms and Dynamic Views together to achieve a more customized layout and functionality.
