My form was working fine a few weeks ago but today we discovered it would no longer submit.  Below are the errors produced on for the browser:

Hi Eric - Is this just a problem with IE or all browsers? The problem appears within the error to mention "msie" which makes me wonder if it is referring to Microsoft IE.

It is possible that the version of Dynamic Forms you are running on which is a couple years old is conflicting with the newer versions of browsers or newer versions of DNN that were not around when the 3.4 release was developed. This version is a couple years old now and no longer a supported release. So, I guess my first recommendation would be to make sure you are on the latest 4.1 release and then if you still have problems we would need to research further.
