     I am working on dynamic form ver3.40. I have added "file attachment/upload" field but it is not visible on the resulting form .
Please help asap.

What version of DNN are you running on?

You may need to upgrade your Dynamic Forms version to 4.1.4.

         Thanks for Your immediate support. I am using DNN 4.9 with dynamic form ver3.41. I have license copy for same.

Then How to get new version(4.41). can i need to purchase new version?
and my problem is solved  when i use this version.

Hello Vikas,

I would not recommend upgrading as Dynamic Forms 4.1.4 is compatible with DNN 5.5 +.

The only other time that I've seen a File Upload field disappear is when one of the following is occurring:

1.) You have Initial SQL Binding enabled on the form. However if the Initial SQL Binding Query fails this will cause an issue with the File Upload fields. Please let me know if you have this feature enabled, and if so, please make sure there are no issues with your query.

2.) Some kind of jQuery conflict on the page. Could originate from another module on the page or the page skin. Please use a debugging tool such as Google Inspector or FireBug for FireFox to see if there are any conflicts on the page.
