    Hi,

    getting the below error on a page where I created a form.

    Please let me know how to resolve that,

    Hi. Can you let me know what version of DotNetNuke this is and what version of Dynamic Forms this is?

    Hi Kaustav,

    In this case there are a few patches and releases you will want to update too. Please check patches and hot fixes under the DNN store. The latest downloads should be 04.01.40 I believe.
