I am trying to add one field to a page to upload a file.  It was working just fine until the other day.  It is not giving me the Upload button to upload a file.  All it shows is the submit button.  I have the debug and get this.

Hi.

The file upload control requires that you are running on "Full" trust within your web.config file. You will need to go to host, configuration manager and select the "web.config" file. Make sure to change your trust level from medium to be "Full".

You will also need to make sure the area where you are setting up the trust is not "Commented Out" so look for the lines above and below it to make sure the area setting the trust is not within comments and therefore not being rendered or used at all.
