Using DNN7 with Dynamic Forms module version 4.10.00. Built a basic contact form, and when form is submitted, email is not delivered to specific address. Form results show that form was processed with data, but actual delivery of form not found.

Update: Went to change some format settings in module and all fields disappeared in module except for submit button. Fields are still present in control panel, but nothing is visible.

Hi. There are no known compatibility settings however I would suggest making sure you downloaded the most recent path that I think is 04.10.30.

If you go to Admin, Newsletters can you send out an email there without a problem? Have you already created an email completion event? If so, can you please attach a screenshot to the forum here?
