I just upgraded our site to DNN 7.1 and activated the advanced URL management feature. After I did that, the Dynamic Forms (ver. 4.10.4) that include an HTTP Post completion event would return an unknown critical error. As soon as I switched URL management back to "Humanfriendly" everything worked as usual.

Has anyone else seen issues with the advanced URL management and HTTP Post completion events?
