I notice in Dynamic Forms if after a form is submitted and I go back to View Form Results, click Edit, and then Edit the form the changes are not saved.

Hi Lewis,

Would you please download DF 4.1.40 from your DNN Store account and see it that clears up the issue? If you have the Collection 6.0, you should find it under MyDownloads. If you bought DF 4.1 individually, please check under Patches.

Hi Candace,

I upgraded to version 4.10.4 Enterprise on our test server but that did not resolve the issue.

If I edit the form (in our case a conference registration) the email confirmation is resent with the updates but they are not updated (saved) in the database (dnn_DynamicForms_QuestionResponse table) and thus not on the user registration record. When I “View Results” or “Edit” the same record again in the View Form Results, I can see the changes have not been saved.
