Hi - Occassionally when I click one of the DynamicForm control panel icons (like Manage Questions) the control panel fails to open. When I check the Event Viewer I see a General Exception error as per the attached.
We are running DF v4.10.0 on DNN Professional V6.2.6.
Any thoughts?

Can you please upgrade to Dynamic Forms 4.1.4?

This should be available to you at store.dotnetnuke.com, log into your account(same account used to purchase Dynamic Forms) and go to your Downloads. You should find this latest patch, download it and install it.

If this issue persists, it may be relevant to URL re-writing module, if you have 1 installed on your site. If you don't have a URL re-writer, we'll have to dig deeper into this issue to find the root of the problem.
