Using DF 4.10.4.27125 / 7.0.3

I have a question using radio buttons (2 options).
If the user selects option #1, a text field is suppose to open, using a Question Event.

I get a Server Error and this error in the Event Viewer:
An error has occurred because a control with id 'dnn$ctr2554$DynamicForms$ctl107' could not be located or a different control is assigned to the same ID after postback. If the ID is not assigned, explicitly set the ID property of controls that raise postback events to avoid this error.

If I unhide the text field, no error is generated.


I've double checked all of the fields and all have unique names.
I've cleared out the recycle bin as well.

Any idea how to solve the problem?

Hello SK,

I've experienced this issue before. I believe it was a result of a Question Event conditionally firing on a Question's response. Then the Question was deleted that the Question Event was referencing for conditional execution.

I would try deleting this question event and build from top to bottom based on how you need this Question Event to operate.

Thanks Ryan. I deleted the event and recreated it but the issue still remained. I deleted and created the questions and the event as well, still got the error.

I ended up recreating the form and it works.
