I use Dynamic Forms (Ver 2.37) on the "Contact Us" page of my Google Maps Tutorials website. The form uses the following features of Dynamic Forms: -

- required fields

- validation

- compare fields

- captcha

- form completion events

Hi. Thanks for sharing! In the future you or any other users, please feel free to post working implementations and also IPORTABLE files.

You can create an IPORTABLE file by going to the module, clicking 'Export Content', navigating within your portals home directory (usually portals/0/ and then zipping up that file into a ZIP file). You can then attach it to these forum threads so other users don't have to reinvent the wheel to setup specific types of forms.
