After getting one page with the Dynamic Form module just the way I wanted it, I created a new page and was going to copy my Dynamic Forms page for a good place to start (since 80% will be identical).  The Dynamic Form page does not show up in the Copy Page drop down list on the new page.

Is this by design?

Hi. Well it will be able to keep the settings but the module doesn't support doing this for questions (in the way you are trying to do it)

What you will need to do is choose to 'Export Content' from within the module menu, select a directory and filename for the file. Then on the new form choose 'Import Content'. This featured (technical term is IPORTABLE) but will support what you are wanting to do.

That did the trick.  The only thing not exported were my PayPal Completion Events.  Actually, the events were exported, but they were not select with the different events within the PayPal Gateway.

That was an easy fix and I am off an running.
