Hello,

I would like to know what is the best (simplest) way to create a questionnaire with Yes/No responses  that translated into 1 and 0. The resulting score would be shown together with some text corresponding to that score.

I have version 2.30.60.

Probably a combination of Dynamic Forms (2.3 should be fine but keep in mind that 2.7 was just released and includes MANY new features ) SQL completion events, and probably our Tailored Text/HTML module. You would need to pass the results to a SQL stored procedure which would perform the necessary calculations and store that data in a table (you can enable the UniqueCompletionID as the primary key). You can then reference both the UniqueCompletionID and corresponding data within our Tailored Text module to render the results to the user.
