I accidentally deleted the page with all my Dynamic Forms stuff on it. This is my subsciption page and is very important.

Is there any way to get it back?  I do have a file system backup from a couple of weeks ago, but I don't have a DB backup.

How can I bring this back without having to recreate the whole page again?

I really should make all my site changes prior to Happy Hour.  Yes, the file was in the Recycle Bin and I think I am back to normal.
